- Once the order is confirmed, the company will deliver it according to the location and method filled in by the customer. If guests need to make changes, they can check with customer service first. Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, it cannot be changed. And the customer needs to bear the delivery error caused by the wrong input of the address information by the customer, and the additional costs incurred.
Freightcalculation
- Enjoy free local shipping on all orders over $500 after discount.
- If the order amount is less than $500 after discount, a flat $40 shipping fee will be charged.
- If the delivery area is a remote area in Hong Kong, customers need to pay additional door-to-door charges. For details, please refer to the SF Express website.
- Door-to-door delivery service is limited to floors with direct access by elevator. If you want to go up the stairs, you need to pick up the goods downstairs.
- Orders from Macau/Taiwan customers will be paid by SF Express, and the customer will need to pay additional shipping fee when picking up the package.
Store pick-uptime
- If the customer chooses to pick up at the store when ordering, they must pick up at the store within 30 days after the order is confirmed (if the product is booked, it will be notified within 30 days). If the customer fails to pick up the product within 30 days, an additional fee will be charged $10 storage fee per day.
- If the customer chooses to pick up in store when ordering, but fails to take time to pick up the item and change it to delivery, the shipping fee must be paid. The shipment will take 1-5 working days to process.
Delivery Time
- Under normal circumstances, the website's daily cut-off time is 14:00, and if there is stock, it will be shipped on the same day. However, it is not excluded that the delivery time will be affected by weekends, public holidays and weather conditions
- Delayed delivery due to insufficient stock. Breast Pump City will notify the delivery time through Whatsapp or by phone if the good is out of stock. It is recommended that if you are in a hurry, please contact via Whatsapp to confirm the stock.
