Return and Exchange Terms

·        Goods arenon-refundable

·        All productscannot be returned or exchanged once they are opened or damaged.

·        If it is foundthat it is inconsistent with the order after receiving the goods, the goods aredamaged or there is a problem with the operation, it must be reported to thecustomer service staff within 7 days after receipt, otherwise it cannot be returnedor exchanged.

·        All returns andexchanges must be sent to the store with the receipt, and any shipping chargeswill be the responsibility of the customer.

·        Returns andexchanges must be remaining in their intact packaging.

·        If the returnedproduct is shipped free of charge, the shipping charge incurred for the ordermust be recovered.

·        If the returnedproduct comes with a gift, it must be returned together. If the product or giftdoes not have the original packaging, it cannot be returned.

·        All productscannot be returned if damaged due to man-made damage or improper use.

·        If the customerbuys the wrong product, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have anyquestions about the product, you can inquire with the customer service staff.

·        All pre-orderedproducts take time and cannot be refunded once the order is placed. If you arein a hurry, you can check the arrival time with the customer service stafffirst.

·        If you place anorder with a credit card, returns and refunds must be returned to the creditcard within 10 working days after the customer service staff confirms therefund. Any charges incurred must be borne by the customer

·        If you place anorder using other forms, you must provide the correct account number for refund.

Warranty

Allmaintenance must be verified with the purchase receipt (original invoice).

•Maintenance only covers the maintenance service for the failure of the mainengine parts. Consumable parts (such as breast pump parts, UV lamps, etc.) arenot included in the maintenance service.

Damagecaused by human damage/negligence, unauthorized repairs or alterations does notinclude maintenance services.

• Productmaintenance is the responsibility of the agent/supplier, and the details ofproduct maintenance depend on the agent/supplier.

• Themaintenance and repair time depends on the situation, generally it takes two tothree days.

Duringthe warranty period, the company provides free machine service (only for breastpumps) until the repair is completed. The machine service requires a designateddeposit. Please check with the store staff for details.

• If theproduct fails during the warranty period, please call/Whatsapp first.

 

The customerhas understood and agreed to the above terms when confirming the purchase.
