Changing Delivery Address or Method
Once an order is confirmed, the company will deliver according to the location and method filled in by the customer. If the customer needs to make changes, please inquire with customer service first. Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be changed. The customer will bear the responsibility for delivery errors caused by incorrectly entered address information and any additional costs incurred as a result.
 
Shipping Fee Calculation
  • Orders with a discounted amount of $500 or more will enjoy free local shipping.
  • If the discounted order amount is less than $500, a fixed shipping fee of $40 will be charged.
  • If the delivery area is a remote area in Hong Kong, customers will be charged an additional door-to-door fee. Please refer to the SF Express website for details.
  • Door-to-door delivery service is only available for floors with direct elevator access. If stairs are involved, delivery will be at the ground floor.
  • Macau/Taiwan customers' orders will be shipped with SF Express freight collect, and customers will need to pay the shipping fee separately upon collection.
In-store Pickup Time
  • If the customer chooses in-store pickup when ordering, they must pick up the order at the store within 30 days of order confirmation (for pre-ordered products, within 30 days of pickup notification). If the customer fails to pick up within 30 days, an additional storage fee of $10 per day will be charged.
  • If the customer chooses in-store pickup when ordering but is unable to pick up the goods and changes to delivery, the shipping fee must be paid. Processing time for shipment is 1-5 working days.
Delivery Time
  • Under normal circumstances, the website's daily cut-off time for orders is 14:00. If in stock, goods will be shipped on the same day. However, delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, and weather conditions.
  • If there is insufficient stock and shipment is delayed, Milk Pump City will notify you of the shipping time via Whatsapp or phone. It is recommended that mothers who need items urgently contact us via Whatsapp to confirm stock availability first.
  • Pre-ordered items generally have a pre-order period of 3-7 working days. It is recommended that mothers who need items urgently contact us via Whatsapp to confirm stock availability first.
  • During promotional periods, free shipping periods, long holidays, or adverse weather conditions, orders may take longer to process.
  • After payment, if you need to change the delivery address/phone number/delivery appointment time, etc., you need to contact SF Express directly for correction.

Diaper Cake and Hamper Delivery Arrangements

  • Free Delivery Slots:
    1. Orders placed before 6 PM can be delivered by the next working day morning.
    Customers can choose between 8 AM - 1 PM or 2 PM - 6 PM on the next day.
    2. Orders placed after 6 PM can be delivered by the next working day afternoon.
    Available for selection: 2 PM - 6 PM on the next day.
    *If delivery is required before 1 PM on the next day, you must contact our customer service representatives in advance (an additional same-day urgent order fee of HKD $100 will be charged).
  • Designated Delivery Service (Charged)
    1. If a hamper needs to be delivered on the same day as the order, a same-day urgent order service fee of HKD $100 will be charged (per hamper).
    ***For orders placed before 1 PM from Monday to Saturday, the fastest delivery can be arranged within 4 hours on the same day or before 7 PM on the same day (Same-day urgent order service is not applicable for orders placed on Sundays and public holidays). For same-day urgent order service, please contact customer service by phone first.
    2. If a hamper needs to be delivered to outlying islands/remote areas/airport/container terminal, a shipping fee ranging from HKD $120 to HKD $550 will be charged. For delivery to special areas, please contact customer service for a quote.
