General ordering questions
  1. Do I need to register as a member when making a purchase?
    If the customer orders as a non-member, there is no need to register as a member. However, after registering an account, you can check your transaction records and earn points through purchases in exchange for discount rewards. 

  2. Will I receive a notification after placing an order?
    Guests will enter their email address when placing an order, and will receive an electronic invoice after placing the order. You will also receive phone notifications when the order status is updated.

  3. Are the prices on the website and in stores the same?
    the same. Unless there are limited promotions.

  4. Want to know the daily order cutoff time?
    The order cut-off time is 2:00 pm every working day. Orders placed or paid after 2:00 pm will be processed on the next working day.
  5. What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept multiple payment methods, please refer to the payment methods page.
  6. How to calculate shipping costs and pickup?

  7. Are there any discounts for members?

Order status
  1. How to check the status of an order?
    The company will notify customers of the order status via email when the order status is updated. Customers can also log in to the website to check the order status.

  2. Can I modify my order after placing it?
    Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be exchanged or canceled.

  3. What should I do if I don’t receive an electronic receipt after placing an order?
    The order receipt will be sent by email. If you do not receive it, please check your junk or spam mailbox first. If you still can't receive it, you can check with customer service staff.

  4. How to check the delivery status?
    After the goods are shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Customers can go to the SF Express website and enter the tracking number to check the delivery status.

Product maintenance and return issues
  1. Does the product come with maintenance?
    Not all products come with warranty. For products that are stated to have warranty, the product warranty details depend on the agent/supplier. Please refer to the maintenance instructions for details.

  2. Can goods be returned or exchanged?
    Products purchased by mistake cannot be returned or exchanged. If the goods received are damaged or inconsistent with the order, you must contact us by phone or email to info@hkbreastpumpcity.com within 7 days after receipt, and attach pictures of the problematic goods for customer service personnel to handle. Please refer to the return and exchange policy for details.
