Change of Delivery Address or Method
Once an order is confirmed, the company will arrange delivery based on the location and method provided by the customer. If the customer needs to make changes, please contact customer service first. Once an order is confirmed and shipped, no changes can be made. The customer will bear responsibility for any delivery errors caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer, and any additional costs incurred as a result.
Shipping Fee Calculation
- Orders with a discounted amount of $500 or more qualify for free local shipping.
- For orders with a discounted amount less than $500, a fixed shipping fee of $30 will be charged.
- If the delivery area is a remote area in Hong Kong, customers will need to pay an additional door-to-door charge. Please refer to the SF Express website for details.
- Door-to-door delivery service is only available for floors with direct elevator access. For deliveries requiring stairs, pick-up will be at the ground floor.
- Orders for Macau/Taiwan customers will be shipped with SF Express freight collect, and customers will need to pay the shipping fee separately upon collection.
Store Pick-up Time
- If the customer chooses store pick-up when ordering, they must pick up the order within 30 days of order confirmation (for pre-ordered products, within 30 days of notification of pick-up). If the customer fails to pick up within 30 days, an additional storage fee of $10 per day will be charged.
- If the customer chooses store pick-up when ordering but is unable to pick up the items and changes to delivery, the shipping fee will be charged. Processing time for delivery is 1-5 working days.
Delivery Time
- Under normal circumstances, the website's daily cut-off time is 14:00, and if in stock, items will be shipped on the same day. However, delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, and weather conditions.
- Delayed shipping due to insufficient stock: If an item is out of stock, Breastpump City will notify you of the shipping time via Whatsapp or phone. Mothers who need items urgently are advised to contact us via Whatsapp first to confirm stock availability.
- Pre-ordered items generally have a pre-order period of 5-7 working days. Mothers who need items urgently are advised to contact us via Whatsapp first to confirm stock availability.
- During promotions, free shipping periods, long holidays, or adverse weather conditions, orders may take longer to process.
- If you need to change the delivery address/phone number/scheduled delivery time after payment, you will need to contact SF Express directly to make the correction.
Diaper Cakes and Hamper Delivery Arrangement
- Free Delivery Slots:
1. Orders placed before 6 PM can be delivered the next working day morning.
Customers can choose between 8 AM to 1 PM or 2 PM to 6 PM the next day.
2. Orders placed after 6 PM can be delivered the next working day afternoon.
Customers can choose between 2 PM to 6 PM the next day.
*If delivery is required before 1 PM the next day, you must contact our customer service representative first (an urgent same-day order fee of HKD $100 will be charged). - Paid Designated Delivery Service:
1. If a hamper needs to be delivered on the same day the order is placed, an urgent same-day service fee of HKD $100 (per hamper) will be charged.
***For orders placed before 1 PM from Monday to Saturday, the fastest delivery can be arranged within 4 hours on the same day or before 7 PM on the same day (urgent same-day service is not available for orders placed on Sundays and public holidays). If urgent same-day service is required, please call customer service first.
2. If a hamper needs to be delivered to an outlying island/remote area/airport/container terminal, a delivery fee of HKD $120 to HKD $550 will be charged. For delivery to special areas, please contact customer service for a quote.
